Ingredients: Free range pork, Sugar, Red wine, Black pepper, Hot smoked paprika, Chilli powder, Cayenne pepper, Oregano, Garlic powder. Preservatives: Potassium Nitrate, Sodium Nitrite. Prepared with 133g raw pork per 100g finished product, Moisture lost in curing and maturisarion. Filled in sheep casing. This product is made in an environment where nuts, milk, gluten and fennel are used. Once opened keep refrigerated. Consume by use by date.
